This is when we gather information about you, your property, budget, and goals. We establish a high-level project scope, determine if the project is feasible, and provide a projected price range for your project.
Architectural plans, elevations and 3D models are developed to reflect your vision coupled with our years of design experience. Plan review and material selection meetings occur often! We educate you on everything from faucet brands to the difference between quartz and granite so the materials in your new space reflect your design style and your life!
You relax while K-One fills in the details. This is the technical stuff. We make structural, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing plans that ensure your space will be safe, comfortable and long lasting. We create and submit the packet for permitting and respond to any municipal comments or requests for details.
Our project manager and crew complete the majority of construction with a few trusted and highly skilled subcontractors to fill out specialty areas. Thorough design and planning mean quicker construction. Our in-house architecture and engineering team is able to rapidly resolve any surprises without requiring a stop work!
